What guarantee do I receive with LIFE cushions?
All 2022 lines offer a 5 year manufacturer’s limited warranty against manufacturing faults. Any furniture manufactured prior to 2018 still carry a 2 year warranty. We always advise that end users keep a proof of purchase when purchasing our furniture to avoid any delay in an event of a warranty claim
No. LIFE All Weather cushions are not waterproof – they are weatherproof. New technology created allows water to pass through these cushions without any water retention, which in turn means no mildew build up that could eventually cause your cushions to rot. This unique technology, and lack of water retention, is also a major factor in the cushions’ ability to retain their original shape.
Can you leave LIFE cushions outside?
These cushions can be left outside the entire season but you do need to clean the cushions regularly to make sure it keeps its All-Weather capabilities and to prevent moulding.To keep them clean and prolong their life, we suggest covering them when not in use and storing indoors for the winter months.
These cushions are produced from high-quality synthetic products – when it rains the water goes through the cushion cover and into the microporous inner cushion. By pressing down on the cushions or placing the cushions on their edges, they will be dry in a relatively short period of time.
How to Clean your LIFE cushions:
Using LIFE Outdoor Living – Textilene and Wicker Cleaner ensures that the fabric is well protected and can be cleaned appropriately when necessary. It also ensures that the cushion structure remains “open” and will therefore dry faster. The cover of the All-Weather cushions is made out of textilene. The anti-bacterial fibre provides long colour fastness and water can be wiped off easily.
The outer cover can also be machine washed at 30 degrees on a gentle wash and with a small amount of laundry detergent. Do not tumble dry or dry clean. It is best to wash one cover at a time.

Yes. LIFE weave furniture is designed to stay outside all year round. The frames are made from aluminium which has good corrosion resistance and is a lightweight material with a great mechanical strength. The frames are then plaited with a synthetic weave which is durable and extremely hard wearing, to cope with severe atmospheric temperature changes, as well as being UV stabilised to avoid fading.
In addition to cleaning, do not leave products on the table for long periods of time as they can cause the spraystone to lighten, leaving a mark. Ensure that protection covers are not left with water standing on top as this can also cause the spraystone to fade. Do not use e.g. candles or tealights on the surface without protecting the spraystone as they can become hot and cause irremovable stains.
LIFE recommend to remove protection covers regularly to allow air to circulate around the spraystone.
Spraystone should be cleaned with LIFE Outdoor Living Spraystone Cleaner. Alternatively, the surface can be cleaned using tepid water and a soft sponge (NEVER use hard detergents or abrasive scourers).
Life recommend that LIFE Outdoor Living Spraystone Protector is used to apply an extra protective layer.
Refunds & cancellations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to a seven day cooling off period
upon receipt of your goods. During this seven day period, you are entitled to cancel your
order and receive a full refund. In this instance you must:
• Contact us within seven days by phone on 0151 339 3195 AND
• Confirm your decision in writing either by letter, fax or email
• We will arrange for the items to be returned and refund you within 30 days
• Goods must be returned in their unopened, undamaged and original packaging. We reserve the right to charge you
the return delivery cost of those goods
• If however the goods are faulty, damaged or not in good working order upon delivery
we will cover the cost of return and, if necessary, replacement
• If goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you
are able to return the goods you originally ordered
• If, after ordering items from our website, you wish to cancel your order, you may do so
at any time up until the time of delivery. However if this is the case, please contact us
as soon as possible on 0151 339 3195. Once we have acknowledged your cancellation
you will receive a full refund using the same payment method you originally used
