1. Give your party a theme
Of course, the main theme of a Christmas party is to be as festive as possible, but this year you may like to incorporate a theme, so that guests can dress accordingly. This can be as simple as having a Christmas jumper party, or as extreme as wearing the most outrageous Christmas accessory possible.

Decorating cookies at Christmas time is a fun activity for the whole family, so why not make it an activity at your Christmas party? You could even have a competition for the best ones, or just enjoy them with a Christmas movie afterwards.

As well as our beloved store-bought Christmas decorations, throwing a few handmade items in there can really help add a personal touch. Wreath making and decorating is a great activity for your Christmas party, and everyone can take their newly made decorations home afterwards.
4. Write letters to Father Christmas
This activity is more for the kids, but it’s a fun activity if you do have a lot of children attending your party. It will really get them excited for Christmas, and sustain the festive magic.
