We are so confident in the quality of our Hardy Plants that we are happy to guarantee them for 5 years. We will gladly replace* any Hardy Trees & Shrubs that fail, provided they have been looked after correctly.
In the event of a plant failing, return the plant to us for inspection with the original receipt and we will issue a Credit Token for the amount paid for the plant. Failure to provide a valid receipt or satisfactory proof of purchase will render the guarantee void.
*Plants replaced with a Credit Token for the amount paid for the plant.
**The guarantee does not cover plant failure due to adverse weather conditions, neglect or accidental damage.
This does not affect you statuary rights.
