When will my item be delivered? We aim to deliver all items within seven working days of your order being placed, depending on availability. All parcels or Gift Vouchers should be delivered within 2/3 working days. Large, bulky items such as Garden Furniture will be delivered within 5/7 working days, depending on the day of order. Any items ordered from midday Thursday to Friday will be despatched on Monday or Tuesday the following week. Bulky items that need to be palletised may take an extra day and so could be despatched at the latest Wednesday of that week. Pallet deliveries will be delivered to the kerbside only. We will confirm bulky items or pallet orders with an email to arrange a date for delivery. Delivery Charges? Online Deliveries We charge £7.99 delivery on an order up to £150 and FREE delivery on orders over £150 for MAINLAND UK, EXCLUDING parts of Scotland, Ireland, Isle of Man & The Channel Islands. We can deliver to the following postcodes, but there will be a surcharge. Reasons why we might have to say No • If the product, whether instore or online, does not have our ‘Price Promise’ Symbol displayed next to it at the time you make your request. • The product must be in stock with the competitor and ready for delivery within 48 hours. • The ‘Price Promise’ includes the competitors delivery price & delivery service. All you have to do is purchase the product online and collect it from us in-store whilst we are open.
We will process your order for collection within 2 hours of your purchase and we will call you to confirm that the items are ready.
For some items of Garden Furniture it may take up to 5 working days to prepare for collection, however we will confirm this when we phone you.
Please bring the order confirmation from the email you will receive and proof of ID.
This can be:
The payment card you used for the order, or
A current photo driving licence or passport.
Unfortunately, we cannot release the order without seeing your ID.
We’re happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud, the person you’ve nominated must present your email confirmation you received and their own photo ID (Passport or photo driving licence)
At present Click & Collect is available on a limited range of our online products, however we plan to expand this service in the future.
